If you’d like to install the icons with a Configuration profile, on your phone,
open the folder “Configuration Profile - Label” if you’d like your icons to have labels and “Configuration Profile - No Labels” if you don’t want labels on your icons.
3. Install an icon category
Icons are split up into several categories to make it easier to install only the icons you want.
Select the category you want to install by tapping it. You should get an alert notifying you that the profile has been downloaded.
Navigate to the Settings app, and choose General and then scroll down to Profiles. You should see iOS128K profile appear as a downloaded profile.
Tap it, and you should see a description explaining what theme and which icons will be installed.
You should see that the profile will only install Web Clips (the number depends on the category you’re installing). You can tap “More
Details” to see exactly what each Web Clip does.
Tap Install on the top right of the screen. You will be asked to enter your password. You’ll then be asked to confirm that the profile is not signed. If you’ve confirmed that the profile only contains Web Clips, tap Install again, and then Install
once more.
Close Settings, and you should see your app icons on your home screen! You will probably see app icons for apps you don't have installed. These won't work and you can remove them from your home screen. Repeat this process
for each category you wish to install.
If you want to remove the icon pack, simply remove the profile in Settings.
